A human being can change the way they are on the subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is where the sum of all our experiences, habits and beliefs are stored and defines who we are. In other words, for rapid change to happen in a positive way, we work on the subconscious mind to make the changes. How then can we work on the subconscious mind to make positive changes? We do so via hypnosis. Hypnosis is the bypass of the critical factor and the establishment of acceptable selective thinking in our mind. Critical Factor is the filtering mechanism which compares new information coming in through the conscious level of the mind with old beliefs and perceptions held within the subconscious mind.

Usually when a person needs to change is to break a negative pattern of the way they have developed such as smoking, alcohol abuse, anger, obesity and many other negative patterns. On the conscious level, one needs huge amount of will power to make a change and even if one does it, the person feels the challenge to continue to be motivated to break the habit.

Self hypnosis is based on clearing erroneous thoughts we have of ourselves in the process of growing up.
